WELCOME TO ICRAIA-2024

The International conference on Robotics, AI and Automation (ICRAIA-2024) is set for December 7th & 8th, 2024 at MIT Art, Design and Technology University in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The conference will operate in Hybrid Mode, combining online and offline participation. Its goal is to unite researchers from academia, research labs, and industry stakeholders, fostering the exchange of recent developments and practical experiences in emerging technologies. ICRAIA-2024 aims to encourage discussion, information dissemination, idea exchange, and collaboration among participants. Manuscripts of accepted papers will undergo further review by IEEE and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication. This conference serves as a crucial platform for advancing knowledge and innovation in the realms of robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence. Participants are urged to engage actively to contribute to the progression of these fields.

The goal of ICRAIA-2024 is to provide an international platform for presenting technological advancements, launching new ideas, and showcasing research work in the fields of robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence. Papers must be written in English and should describe original work in detail. Please download the template below and submit the full papers online through PaperCept ( https:// ). Proposals for invited sessions can be submitted online at the same web address. Upon acceptance, authors are required to register and present their papers at the conference. Papers which make outstanding contributions to the relevant topics will be considered for best paper awards. In accordance with IEEE requirements, only PDF files will be accepted.

For initial submissions, all regular and invited papers are limited to eight (8) pages. PaperCept will not permit longer papers to be uploaded. Accepted papers are limited to 6 pages in the conference proceedings at no extra charge; up to two extra pages are allowed for a charge of USD 100 each.

Review and Publication of Manuscripts:

All submitted manuscripts to ICRAIA-2024 shall be go through a review process by the ICRAIA-2024 TPC members on originality, technical correctness, relevance, and quality of presentation. An accepted paper must be presented at the conference venue by the author who registered/paid full author registration fee. The authors acknowledge that accepted papers must be presented in person at the conference by the registered/paid authors of the accepted paper.
