Papers must be written in English and should describe original work in detail. Please download the template below and submit the full papers online through PaperCept ( https:// ). Proposals for invited sessions can be submitted online at the same web address. Upon acceptance, authors are required to register and present their papers at the conference. Papers which make outstanding contributions to the relevant topics will be considered for best paper awards. In accordance with IEEE requirements, only PDF files will be accepted.
For initial submissions, all regular and invited papers are limited to eight (8) pages. PaperCept will not permit longer papers to be uploaded. Accepted papers are limited to 6 pages in the conference proceedings at no extra charge; up to two extra pages are allowed for a charge of USD 100 each.
